I am am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience who is passionate about coming along side others to assist them in reaching their goals. My counseling approach is family-centered, cognitive behavioral, trauma informed, and solution focused.

My top specialties include trauma-informed counseling, adoption and foster care, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I'm also interested in working with clients on self esteem, struggling with their faith, family counseling.

I find counseling sessions where clients are committed to reaching their goals and when clients are actively participating in the process to be the most rewarding counseling sessions.

I pray with my clients and allow the holy spirit to direct my communication with them. I use biblical principles and scripture to assist clients with their current and past challenges.

I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior in 2001 and joined a Bible-based church in New Jersey. I continue to strive to serve Him to the best of my ability and love others well. I want to continue to use the Bible as my road map for life. I believe prayer is a very important part of a believer's life and being in daily communication with God is important.
