My name is Alexis McGibbon and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked extensively throughout New Jersey's highest levels of therapeutic care providing treatment for adults affected by depression, anxiety and trauma since May of 2015. In 2019, I opened a private group practice and named it Selah Counseling Services.

The heartbeat of this practice is to see you planted like a tree by the water sending your roots out by the stream. In Jeremiah we see that when a tree is planted by the water it does not fear when heat comes and its leaves stay green even through the most difficult of times. This tree has no worries of what the year is going to bring and it continuously bears fruit. While you may not feel like a tree planted by the stream just yet, Selah Counseling Services would like to help you live the fulfilled life by the stream that you were created to live!
